Return Window

You have a 7-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return for items purchased from East Valley Tack. Please note that certain products may have specific policies or requirements.

  • As the product detail page indicates, non-returnable items are exempt from the return process.
  • A full refund or replacement will only be provided when receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Contact may be initiated to assess the extent of damage or defects before processing a refund or replacement.
  • East Valley Tack retains the right to collect or inspect the product to verify damage or defects before issuing a refund or replacement.

Eligibility Criteria

For a return to be processed, the following conditions must be met

  • The product should not have incurred damage while in your possession.
  • The returned product must match the item that was initially shipped to you.
  • Return the product in its original state, maintaining its sealed or unopened status if applicable. Use the original manufacturer’s box or packaging and include any accessories, user manuals, or warranty cards.

Return Processing

Once our team receives the returned item, processing will take around 10-15 days, including cases involving Marketplace Seller returns. Upon completion of processing, the refund will typically appear on your payment card statement within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Products labeled “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. If receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, our commitment is to offer a complete refund or replacement.

Replacement Eligibility

Some items may only be eligible for replacement. A refund will be issued when the exact product is unavailable.

Misuse Warning

East Valley Tack takes misuse of the return policy seriously. Customers engaged in excessive returns, returning items in non-original condition, or misusing orders may face warnings, restrictions, suspension, or even terminating their accounts.

Exclusions

Kindly note that we can exclusively process returns for items that were either correctly sent to us or those that differ from the initially delivered item. Any such items received cannot be shipped back or refunded. Continued actions of this nature may result in account restrictions or closure.
